Fast Dual-Extruder Printing Where most 3D printers layer on material from a single print head, the Robox uses a dual-head system for greater speed and accuracy. The small 0.3mm nozzle produces the visible portions of prints, creating extremely fine details down to 20 microns in size—about the width of the finest human hair. The larger 0.8mm nozzle, meanwhile, quickly prints the model’s interior structure with its larger flow.

Plenty of Material Choices The Robox’s SmartReel system stores information on a wide range of 3D printing materials, allowing the printer to automatically recognize common filaments such as PLA, ABS, and HIPS, including those made by other manufacturers. Powered by a rewritable microchip, the SmartReel can be programmed to support new materials as they become available, such as flexible filament.

Future-Proof Modular Design Designed as an all-in-one prototyping machine, the Robox features modular components that can be swapped out for new modules with improved or entirely different functionality. Additional modules include a dual-material print head, stylus cutter, milling head, and 3D scanner (not included).
