I bought them for myself and my daughter. They are so warm and comfortable. The bottom tread seems like it is slip resistant. I feel confident that I will not slip.

Very nice boots, very comfy and warm - but there's quite a bit of black lint coming off the cuffs, and they have this weird smell.
