I thought it was cheaply made. I was mostly disappointed by the size of it. Was much smaller than I expected.itt was really “short”, by that I mean it didn’t have much length to it. To me, it seemed like it was made for a child, not an adult. I returned the pillow for a refund which was hassle free.
