It's ok. I thought it was going to have four wheels / casters on the bottom and there are only two. Dragging things behind me provokes my hip arthritis so that is not what I wanted.
Also, the top part that expands is nice, but the only divider between the top section and the bottom section is a thin layer of fabric that is just zipped in - I was expecting a hard base to that part of the bag.
I can put my laptop in the bottom, but I have to wedge it in with my purse, so it won't rattle around in there - and since the divider between the top and bottom sections is not very strong, I hesitate to put the lcd projector in the top part, which was the main attraction for me, to the piece.
All in all, a disappointment but I'm using it however I can manage, because the arthritis means I can't keep carrying everything on my shoulders all over the place.
tl:dr - Would have liked it to be stronger and/or more padded.
I love this suitcase! I haven’t used it yet, but it’s the perfect size for a carry-on and all the zipper pockets make it much easier to access more used items. The USB port does not include a power source for charging your devices so you will need to buy a portable power supply for that. I’m not sure how durable this will be, the material isn’t as thick as typical heavier luggage.
I love the size of this bag. I just unzip it and it becomes carry-on that I can put in the overhead bin. This is a great bag and I highly recommend it. The outer pockets were very useful. I wish it came with 2 more wheels to become a spinner. The telescopic handle is great concept but wobbly and not sturdy. Overall, very satisfied with the product for the price paid!
