Got 2 mediums 1 heavy strength instead of light, medium and heavy. Pretty flimsy and they rolled up nonstop. Wouldn’t recommend

Not worth buying this product. Instead of resistance band they can call this as hair tie. Bought in the month of April but tried it today and found out there is no resistance in spite of trying heavy band. 2 stars is for timely delivery. Wasted 9$

It does the job... but it rolls and twist while I workout and it’s thin as well, the bands are 12 inches so it’s small. The price of $7.99 is okay but not worth it
