Beats was a let down. Worked great for a few months and died....My wife had a pair and did the same thing. Don't waste your money on Beats - in my opinion.

These worked great for 8 months when I used them on my run. Unfortunately the ear piece that wraps around my ear broke off some how. I never moved the ear piece so i dont know how it broke off.

Worked great until they didn’t. Product stopped holding a charge less than 6 months of using. Reached out to Groupon, and they did NOTHING to help. Wouldn’t even offer a discount code for a new pair. Have spent quite a bit of money at Groupon the past few years so will be sure to cease that immediately due to their poor customer service. No one expects to buy 2 pairs of headphones a year.

The headphones did not hold a charge;fortunately, I had purchased the warranty. I sent the headphones out to the warranty company twice and they finally realized that they could not fix them. I was offered my money back, but I still lost the money I paid for the insurance.

These worked for about 3 months and now they won’t even turn on. I’ve tried charging with different wires including the original beats wireless charger.
