This device seems well built but I found it way to tight on my leg after using their given size chart. After tightening the elastic traps, I didn't find any knee support but I felt the circulation becoming compromised after a short, first and only time wearing it.

I used your size charts and measured 4 inches above my knee, I ordered med as stated. Too small and can not exchange for largert

The way the instructions were by measurement, size large would be well within the right size. Now realize that should have gotten XL
