The oven works ok. The only negative is that the top and bottom of the outside of the toaster seems to get very hot. It really needs to be placed on and around a counter top or table with a lot of clearance or space.

I am waiting for a refund on my american express-this vendor packaged a dented toaster oven & this was intentional. Groupon should investigate this vendor bec there were 2 boxes that this item came in. There was no damage to any of the inside boxes. I will not order anything from groupon anymore unless this is addressed & refunded promptly. I shipped the item back the same day.
