Very easy to use, you will just have to peel it off and place it on your tummy. Not sure if the results just yet, but I think I see a slight difference. I think it would take a few wraps to show.

It did nothing for me. It was very difficult to apply. There were no directions, no info on how it would work. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
