Fill
Squeeze the melted chocolate in your chosen mould until it is 1/2 full. Add any fillings you like and top up with chocolate so your fillings are in the centre of your bar. Place in the freezer until fully set (approx. ten minutes). For even more chocolate bar flavours you could add a gooey filling. Instead of adding your normal fillings, put the filling pocket (cavity blister) in the 1/2 filled mould before you place the bar in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then, remove the filling pocket and fill the cavities with gooey fillings, such as peanut butter, melted caramel or toffee. Cover with more chocolate and place back in the freezer.
