Been in use for a month already, and so far it's been working wonderfully! Especially for this summer which is considered hair shedding season. With two hairy terrier dogs and my own household mostly having shoulder length hair, this product has been a godsend for our floors.
I was only concerned about my purchase having no manual until I could just double check online for one. With no manual this would be harder for my elderly guest to figure out how to manage my little vacuum.
For future customers, please remember that if you do purchase this product you will possibly be receiving a scratched and maybe scuffed product. Mine has evidence of use and even some marks from probably running into furniture and would most likely need a filter change soon. Even with this price it was completely worth it because I have finally have something that can assist me in cleaning.
My floors have never looked better, and I can rejoice in NEVER moving heavy furniture DAILY to conquer those dust bunnies in the living room and bedrooms ever again! This little guy has impressed my family and friends that they now are willing to buy one as well.
