I like it very much as an ice pack but disappointed that it can’t easily be used as a heat pack. In order to do so you either have to have a very large pot to submerge it in hot water or have to put it in water in the microwave and it’s too big to do that.

The product is great! Stays cold much longer than other brands I’ve purchased. I’ve personally never tried them heated so I’m not qualified to comment on that.
Packing for shipping needs to be more secure, maybe with packing pillows. I only had one casualty out of the twelve I ordered so it wasn’t too bad but it was quite a mess to clean up.
