Ordered the medium brown boots but received the black ones. Groupon would not refund my money but only offered Groupon Bucks. I could not even exchange the wrong boots shipped with the right ones I ordered although Groupon insisted there was an exchange option on their returns page (but there was not). Why would Groupon not offer me a refund for an order placed and shipped within 7 days that was the wrong item due to their mistake? This is really bad customer service.

Boots are good looking, but unfortunately one boot is way bigger than the other. The top part of the boot is out of shape and big on my calves.

Great a little loss but ok

First off these are not Goodyear boots they are bonzie made in Mexico. They run 2 sizes to big the return process is really bad and no option to exchange. Groupon has really dropped the ball.

Very impressed. Tight fit but will fine once they are worn a few times.
