First order shipped but was sent back to fulfillment center because they couldn't read the mailing address. No one bothered to ship another box. I had to contact customer service that said that they would agree to send a replacement with the understanding that I have to read their terms of condition agreement (to not order again, etc.) Don't even like it a bit and don't plan to order again. Took a while to arrive too.
