I ordered this coat in red and the Helios Blizzard jacket in Small for my pug mix and they are terrific. He's usually pretty wimpy in inclement weather but he's a completely different dog when he's wearing this coat. The only minus is the black zipper against the black lining fabric makes it a little hard to see/connect. For reference, my dog is 14lbs. and neck to tail base is 13"; his neck circumference is 14" and his chest is 19". This jacket is a *tiny* bit snug on his chest (but the Blizzard version is not). He has pretty short legs so if I were to size up the legs would definitely be too long. The adjustments on the legs of both jackets are really good for not only accommodating his short legs but also for keeping snow out. They both launder pretty well (warm water, drip dry) and they've survived this craptacular Chicago winter. So far, so good!
