My 23 yr old son has PTSD sinve serving in the military. He has a difficult time falling asleep. When he does eventually fall to sleep, he is woken up by terrible nightmares. This weight of this blanket 15 lbs. 60" x 80" has helped him get the much needed rest he needs and makes him feel a sense of security and is soothing. Anyone who's dealing with or knows someone dealing with PTSD should give this a try. It's not a cure all, but it damn sure has helped bring some peace to my boy
