Sounds great, a little cumbersome to set up and navigate compared to Sonos. Mine arrived New in the box but the front covering looks to be loosing adherence to the main body of the speaker. Other than the waves in the grate cover its a grate replacement to my Sonos. If there is a fix to the grate, please let me know!

Speaker sounds amazing and has plenty of volume. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is it is not very user friendly to setup. I had to download an update via PC and transfer it on a jump drive (not included). Also, the wifi features are a little goofy, spotify worked fine for me, but my moms phone wouldn't cast to the speaker because she doesn't have premium. And pandora uses the klipsch app.
