Product did get delivered however the side panels for installing the air conditioner into the window we’re not the correct size. We were able to fix it ourselves. Otherwise than that everything went well

Good a/c, better than the Friedrich it replaced. Saw previous reviews complaining of missing or incorrect pieces. I had no such problems and delivery of the unit was prompt, arrived a day early. Unit blows nice cold air and with good volume. Cooling 400+ sq ft at 70° all day.
