I love this portable air conditioner because it cools my room without having it icy cold but it's a very comfortable coolness and it has many functions like a dehumidifier and also a heater. I would have given it five stars but the remote is useless at night when you really need it because you can't see anything, it's not illuminated other than that I would have given it five stars

Product works, but the duct that goes in the window was obviously for a smaller unit. Tried contacting LG numerous times via email and phone and got no where. Therefore it is in the window with my duct tape creation to make it fit.
