So disappointed, item arrived broken. Why don't you use a padded pouch, bubble wrap or something to protect product? I really love the item. I tried to reorder but it was no longer available.

My platter the bacon lays on was cracked on one edge. My whole idea for this devise was to collect bacon grease in a container to us for seasoning for cooking. Now the bacon drips out of the platter into the microwave. Not happy
