I was pleased by the quality of the products I ordered for my son. However, I did try to call Groupon with a question regarding why I was charged for 2 separate packages when my products came in just 1 package, thus 2 shipping charges. Calling Groupon is futile. I was frustrated that calling doesn’t seem to be an option to get a small inquiry resolved.
