I was very excited to use it. STOP it pulled out alot of my hair out. I do not want to try that ever again. Even though I did try several times, each time it yanked my hair out. Until finally it jammed and thank god I reacted fast and unplugged it or this would not have only been a story to tell. Now After one day of having it Groupon is saying it will mot giver me my money back
