It is just really messy! I can only use it in the shower, otherwise water sprays everywhere. not sure if that is normal for water flossers but that's what I have found. But I will continue to use it and see what the benefit is
Happy with size and works well, however water reservoir is way too small- it needs to be refilled 2-3 times in order to do all your teeth in one cleaning.
opened package, removed product, put on charger waited overnight[about 15hrs] light was solid on the device and selected each of the pressure settings did not work on any of the choices. tried everything and still NG. Sent it back. Should stick with name brand not one that kind of sounds like a named brand.
