Care Instructions:

• To clean the oil, use “Hands Free” Funnel (included) combined with one of the 3 included high-density oil cleaning filters.
• Currently-in-use oil can be mixed with new oil
• All parts are machine-washable (except electrical control box with the heating element).
• The control box and charcoal filter pad (located inside the fryer lid) should never be put under water
• The heating element can be washed with warm water and soap
• Electrical control box mustn’t get wet
• Electrical control box should be wiped with a wet cloth and dried with a paper towel
• Fancy white or red outer bowls are not machine-washable and must be hand-washe
