I have only had my Samsung Note 8 for three full days and so far it has exceeded my expectations. I am loving it. The ease of use makes it a great purchase for me. It is very slippery so I have a cover ordered. I am not sure if there is a piece of plastic over the face of it or not. At first I tried to remove it and stopped because it seemed difficult to do and I was scared I would mess up. A little note of guidance BEFORE using would have helped. I googled the quick start procedure for it. Overall I am very happy so far. If that changes, I will update my review. ;) This is my second Samsung purchased through Groupon and my other still works great. I simply ran out of memory with it. Thank you, Groupon!

NEVER received anything..refused a refund to help the merchant. Customer service irresponsible and unresponsive. All kinds of misinformation. Never again
