Well, I'm keeping this one because as of now, everything is working. But if you are not 81 years old and absolutely don't have to have the total key on the left side of the machine, don't buy it. The quality of the Sharps produced now can't compare with the one you bought 30 or 40 years ago.\nI've got a brand new, same model, in my closet. Bought in February of 2016. Kept changing ribbons (and blaming bad ribbons) for months. Then it just started printing half of the numbers. Realized that the mechanism inside wasn't hitting the ribbon in the right place. Of course, by now, warranty was expired. And you can't find anyone who repairs calculators anymore. Should have read reviews at time of first problem.
