Mattress Buying GuideBuying a Mattress Without Trying the Mattress

Buying a mattress is cheaper and more convenient if you do it online—but you'll need to understand your personal preferences and delivery options first.

Effective Monday, March 30, our carrier will move to a “no contact” method for making in-home deliveries and will instruct their drivers to deliver customer orders primarily across the front door threshold, or in a garage or alternate location that shelters the product from inclement weather, if the customer requests it. We will also discontinue pick-ups and product exchanges until further notice. All orders received on Monday, March 30 or after will be scheduled as threshold delivery.

Our carriers will begin reaching out to customers via email, phone and text regarding the new “no contact” delivery method. Deliveries will still be scheduled with the consumer and drivers will ensure someone is home before unloading product. Customers will continue to sign-off on a handheld device, and we will also take photos of the delivered product placed in the location of the customer’s choosing.
