The description is charcoal. When the product arrived it had a lot of brown and I would say more brown than grey. product showed eligibility for return but when I tried was told large package cannot be returned. Very disappointed...

I was surprised when I opened them that I had to stuff the foam in to the coverings myself. The foam appears to be very cheap material, pretty thin, parts of it were stained and that definitely turned me off. Once assembled, they’re very nice looking. The color is beautiful, I like that they attach with a solid strap, rather than ties. We’ll see how durable the product is.
