Ordered May 25...item is still processing. I want my money back, in the same form I paid, not Groupon bucks. I received two emails advertising this item as available and at a reduced price, weeks after I ordered. I believe this is a scam and fraudulently misrepresented in exchange to lure people into Groupon bucks. I want my money back or I will file with the BBB!!

Never again. Ordered a product. Said it would ship in a few days. It’s now been 21 days and it still shows “order processing”. I called twice, I wrote 3 emails, one was ignored, the two others said someone would be contacting me immediately.
Never got another contact.
I think it’s a scam.

Ordered and never got it. Now Groupon wont refund me my money. They will refund in Groupon bucks only. Unfair!!

Ordered this on May 31. It says most orders ship in 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks. I am going to dispute the charge and get the money back. What a waste of time.

Still haven’t received my package and still haven’t received any word from Groupon. Total scam, never buying from Groupon again. Customer service is absolutely Dreadful and not helpful one bit. When chatting, the agent decided to end our chat because I asked if I could get a refund. Total joke.
