I absolutely love it! My dog’s hair is kind of curly and thick in certain places but with the different settings it has you can cut right through it with ease. The clippers hum but it’s not too loud my dog was very comfortable with them. Also the nail clippers work great they aren’t dull at all and the file is an extra bonus. I would say to just continuously clean the clippers as you cut the hair.

I received my clipper kit with a broken guard , and the oil that came with the kit was empty due to the lid being loose. I summited for a exchange and they sent out a new kit so I exchange the kit and it was suppose to be delivered by this past Tuesday, then it was going to get delivered Weds no kit, then Thursday still no kit. I am going to ask for a total refund and not deal with Groupon.
