First bbq was a little shaky. Grill temps threw off probe temps.

The product works great so far. The reason for the low rating was because of the order process. Right after I bought it I tried cancelling it. At first it looked like it was a straight forward process but when I checked, i realized that it hadn't actually gotten cancelled after all. The only way I can see to cancel it is to return in once I receive it. That may not be the case but if not, it isn't very intuitive. Very frustrating.
