Unlike the picture, it doesn't come with a pole. However, I wasn't looking for that anyway. The area around my pool is cement so I had no where to put a pole anyway. LOL Just heads up if you're expecting a pole there is none. That being said the product is GREAT. 2 different types of fake flames, plenty of clear quality sound and hooking it up with my phone took 30 seconds and zero trouble since I've had it. I highly recommend this product.
