I purchased this as a Xmas Gift and gave it to my sister. She used it once and it's broken. I emailed the company to get a replacement because they have an 18 month warranty but no one has responded to get this replaced. What can I do?
So I chose option two thinking based only on photo because there’s no other descriptions that I was going to get the dark brown diffuser along with eucalyptus lavender etc oils instead I received the light color diffuser and rose grapefruit etc scents. Also the lid doesn’t seal shut if this has water in it and fall you’re going to have a huge mess to clean up since lid doesn’t seal shut.
