I bought this for a trip to Australia and New Zealand. The two flat prongs that are rotated to be fit into these country’s outlets are very thin, and consequently, slip out of the wall! In order to use the adaptor, I must support it so that it remains in place. The good thing is that it does have an indicator light to show it is receiving power when plugged in.

A little hard to get the European plugs up for use but used a key to pry and seem to be ok. I have not tried yet next summer will be the European tes
