I did not receive the item I ordered. Instead I received a facial steamer which doesn't even steam for 5 minutes. I don't need a facial steamer, I needed a humidifier which diffuses essential oils. I'm so not happy about this and it's too bad I can't go out to the post office to send it back!

I didn't receive the item I ordered. Instead I received a Vivitar facial steamer. I was wondering where it came from. I held it for a couple of days to see who would send me a review link. I opened it last night because I needed humidity and I am unable to go out to the post office to return it. It doesn't even steam for a while 5 minutes and it recommends distilled water and doesn't allow essential o
