I'm 5'4" and bought these knowing they would be regular length on me. That part is good (although a true ankle length option for us shorties would be better). I love the cute 80s style zippers. But the fit on the legs isn't smooth as seen in the picture. On me, they bunch in odd places. It's not too terrible so I'm still keeping them, hoping they will shrink a little.
