One of the squares in the net came broken. Contacted ZENY customer support, and after describing what happened, they flat out ignored me. Tried calling/emailing them again and they still didn’t answer to me. Horrible service; however, Groupon responded to me very quickly, and offered me a partial refund. I will never be buying a ZENY product ever again.
