Q:

what is the exact model number? Review states battery life is about ~7hrs a day... **From Amazon...After two more days: I still like what it does, the dongle seems to have a seven to eight HOUR charge cycle, hardly as advertised as seven DAYS.** is this true?

vishal b.  asked on  Dec 7, 2013

A:

Battery life can be up to several days. However, like a cell phone can't make a call when the battery runs out a Cobra Tag can not protect you when left uncharged. It is recommended that you charge this device every other time you charge your cell phone to be safe.

Q:

Dear Customer Services: I entered a shipping address, but the system didn't take it, and asked me to contact customer services! What should I do now?

Katherine K.  asked on  Dec 8, 2013

A:

Here are a couple troubleshooting tips for entering your shipping address:

- See what USPS recommends as a valid address by entering your address here: https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction_input
- Try removing the zip code suffix, even if our system suggested it
- Double check that you're entering the name of your city and not your neighborhood

- Try different abbreviations (Ste vs Suite, Hwy vs Highway, etc.)

If this still isn't working, please give us a call at 1 (888) 375-5777, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.
