I think it will work very well just received two new kittens so will have to wait for them to grow, my daughter-in-law will not return my two as she has been caretaker of them for quite a while since I have been in the hospital and rehab doesn,t seem possible it is almost a year. so will train the young ones as soon as possible.....Nancy Long

I actually got it for M y new puppy since it's difficult to get something small enough for a puppy it adjust easily and then I like the springy lead it allows me to pull her away from things from without pulling on her very hard.
