Q:

Is there a maximum number of characters you can have?

Abby S.  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

The amount shown on each stamp is the recommended amount. Typesetters can adjust sizing and spacing up or down a bit to accommodate more or less text, but there is also a minimum font size to make a decent impression.

So, if I submit something and they make it so small that it won't make a decent impression, will someone contact me and will I be able to change it?

Q:

I want to cancel this purchase because i cant get the activation code. I no longer want this item. I am frustrated that i cant find an answer to my questions from Groupon or Invitation Box. I will not do business this way again. Very unhappy customer.

Alice T.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

While we do not get much information about customers from Groupon, until they redeem, I believe I have found your code. Please email your first and last name to groupon@invitationbox.com and I will have someone reply with your redemption code.

Alice T.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

Q:

How do you know (or how can you) put the dots in the text that separates name, address, city & state? Is there anyway I can see a preview before I submit my order?

Abby S.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

If the sample shows them, they will be inserted in the appropriate spaces (space permitting). If you would like, you can put dashes in your text where you would like them to be.

A:

The fine print of the deal says your code is not active for 24 hours. Please wait and try again.

Q:

Where do I go to select the print style I want to order. I have already purchased the deal.

Denise B.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

I believe that you need to go to the web site indicated on your voucher to redeem your code.

Derek S.  from  Merchant  replied on  Dec 10, 2012

Q:

when trying to redeem this, I get an "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error

Darcy E.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Odd. It likely just means that your code has not been activated yet. Have you waited the time indicated in the fine print?

Q:

Can you explain what Stamp+Face is and then an 'Extra Face'? What are we entitled to exactly with this Groupon? Will I have to pay extra if I want one of the stamps in the "Groupon Good Gallery Preview?"

Anabelen C.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

This deal includes a snap stamp body and one customized face of your choosing.

Derek S.  from  Merchant  replied on  Dec 10, 2012

Q:

On their website is says the list price of the stamps is $38.99, not $49.99 like it is listed in this groupon. Does that mean we can get an extra $10 worth of merchandise? I am interested in buying this groupon, but the details appear to be misleading.

Elisha H.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

This deal is the equivalent of the snap stamp gift box, and is priced as such.

Derek S.  from  Merchant  replied on  Dec 10, 2012

Q:

When I click on buy it goes right to complete order without asking me the style of stamp that I want. Do you fill that all out after you complete the order?

Michelle Z.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

There is no buy button on the redemption site indicated on your voucher. I believe you are trying to use your code at the wrong place.
