Q:

You mention Collegiate Stamps are not available, can you please be clear which stamps are and are NOT available with this groupon? The groupon.invitationbox.com website only gives examples of available stampers, but if possible I'd like to know which categories are included as you have several listed on the website: everyday, holiday, collegiate (N/A), greek, and create your own are all categories listed. please indicate which are available, thank you.

Sara W.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

Collegiate and Greek and the Create your own stamps (where you upload your own logo) are all excluded from this deal. All the other stamps are included.

A:

Thanks Derek; i'm trying to gauge how to purchase the stamper based on the value of the groupon. So i have $57.94 (value of the groupon?) total to spend on the transaction? I just want to make sure I have enough money on the groupon to cover the whole purchase. Let me know, thanks.

Sara W.  from  Self  replied on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

When you purchase the deal, you are taken to a redemption site, where you select and personalize the stamp that you want. After your groupon purchase, there are not additional funds needed.

Q:

I need to order a stamp with two last names, i.e. Smith and Jones, and an address. are there designs that accommodate that?

Anna L.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

The Text on the stamps is your choice. You could put two last names on virtually any design.

Q:

How many lines can you fit on the stamp, such as name, address, city, zip, telephone & e-mail?

Judith M.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

It varies a bit by stamp design. The number of characters shown on the examples are a good representation of the normal amount of text. If you have quite a bit more, you likely want to try to shorten your text or use abbreviations.

Q:

I like the design on slide 3 that says "Zack & Stacie", however, I don't see that design on the invitation box website. Is that stamp a custom design? I ask because I'm not interested in getting a stamp with my address on it and would simply like a stamp with two names on it.

Maja N.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

The items show on the redemption site are just examples. The stamp you are referring to is actually normally used as an address stamp. It is http://www.invitationbox.com/note-ns-309.html but is shown with no text around the outside of the circle. You could do any stamp you want without text like that.

Q:

If you wanted a custom logo or your own picture to upload, how much would that cost more?

Jessica L.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

Custom logo stamps are not included in this deal. We have a variety of options for them at http://www.invitationbox.com/create-your-own-stamper.html
