It worked fine past the 90 day warranty window, then starting giving me trouble. I have been able to jump start it a few times now, but this last time it appears to be dead for good. I rarely used it, have less than 200 cups total on it, so this is obviously not acceptable. Stay away, buy a different brand. This thing is not worth the money or the hassle!

this was my 1s K-cup brewer and satisfaction from day 1. I drink 2-3 brewed coffees/day and never had an issue. I use the single server filter more than I use store-bought kcups - because I prefer to grind my own beans fresh. This server reduces waste - usually would drink half a pot and waste more coffee. No issues. Easy to clean. I'd buy another for my RV if it was still available.

I received this in December. Worked perfectly for the first three months. Then the brewer told me to descale the machine which I thought was odd since I was the only one in the house who drank coffee and only brewed one cup per day. After I descaled it worked fine for about one week and then was only brewing 1/4 cups of coffee. I followed everything suggested in troubleshooting and nothing worked. I called up Cuisinart and they said there was nothing they could do since i was past my 90 day warranty window. I will NEVER by anything from Cuisinart again. An expensive coffee maker should work longer than 100 days especially since it was minimally used. Cuisinart's customer service department was terrible and basically told me it was my problem. NEVER AGAIN!

What junk. After the first month it sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn't. I read the troubleshooting instructions and still doesn't work. Would give back if I could. :(

Bought it as a Christmas gift and it didn't work. No water comes out of the machine. After fiddling with it and following the steps to troubleshoot, it still doesn't work. Returning it. Disappointed.

Bought a brewer 11/22. Have not had the item even a month and it stopped working. Won't dispense water. I don't use it on a daily basis so my habit of use has nothing to do with the failure of this machine. I too am wondering if it was "actually refurbished"??? Very displeased. I now have a piece of junk and an excess of K cups I can't brew. Not happy!
