Q:

You are saying that both sets are not dishwasher safe, but the Chef's Classic Stainless set on the Cuisinart website is listed as dishwasher safe. What's the difference between the two stainless sets? Also, I see that you are saying that the anondized set has the Cuisinart Ceramica technology, but that is not included in the Chef's Classic Non-Stick set on the Cuisinart website. What exactly are you offering for the non-stick hard anondized set? Is it more like the Green Gourmet or the Chef's classic?

Amy H.  asked on  Mar 20, 2012

A:

Sorry our mistake the item is Hard anodized exterior; Quantanium©Non-stick Interior we do not recommend dishwasher but on the anodized you could use dishwasher

Q:

I did not find these models in the Cuisinart Webstore or any store in the web. Are they closeouts? The Classic Chef did not have the rubber handle or any set that was 10 pieces did not come with the spoon and laddle . i am interested in buying but will like to find out more about them. Thank you

Ana K.  asked on  Mar 20, 2012

Q:

Is the hard anodized nonstick then? Which would be the better option to purchase in your mind?

Brian K.  asked on  Mar 20, 2012

A:

Hard anodized is non stick, the better to buy depends on how you cook. if you are a more expirienced cook and you can control temperatures the stainless is a good choice. If not I would go with the anodized
