After purchasing the groupon, I immediately went to the website and entered my redemption code to upload my photo. After cropping my photo, I did not like that particular photo. Since I have already used my redemption code, but did not submit will I lose my Groupon for this item?

You shouldn't loose the redemption code until you actually place the order with all your information. If you are having trouble with your code, call the Gallery Direct customer service.
