Q:

Does this (or could this) deal include photo touch-up? I have beautiful picture of my son but he has one annoying crumb of food on his chin- would likely be easy to erase this with right tools/ability. Thanks.

Carmen S.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Yes, we can do that service. You will order that when you place your order online at pictureitoncanvas.com. Thanks

Q:

I purchased the 12x12 square, but the picture I want to use better fits the 8x6 landscape. If I purchase the 6x8 Groupon deal, can I use it for the 8x6 landscape?

Bethany M.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Yes, but there is no refund if you use it online for the smaller one. Best to ask Groupon for a refund and then order the small one on this deal. Thanks

Bob P.  from  Self  replied on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Bethany! You can edit your purchase (including quantity, billing information, or canceling your order) in your account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons.

Q:

i have some very old, original, family photos that were obviously taken before the digital age. i'd love to use this process for these images. however what do you recommend for transferring the best quality images to this unique format (both canvas & slate)?? if possible at all? thanks very much! stephanie

stephanie r.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

You can take those photos to a retailer and have them scanned. Or, perhaps you or a friend has a scanner. Then you will upload the jpg files when you order with us. Thanks
