Q:

I purchased an 12x11 for $14.99. When I put in my Groupon code at checkout, I see that I actually didn't BUY a puzzle for $14.99, but what is stated is: "Good toward Board Puzzle size 12” x 11” Can you confirm that these Groupons are actually for a the purchase price amount toward a puzzle and that buyers actually need to pay the same amount for the item on the printerpix site? I.E. Pay $14.99 to Groupon and then pay an additional $14.99 to printerpix for the puzzle.

Krista M.  asked on  Dec 8, 2013

A:

Hello Krista, Thank you for your question. This will indeed cover the basic price of a 12” x 11” puzzle, and if the groupon is applied in your cart you will see the subtraction made. Have a wonderful day, Printerpix.com
