Q:

One is 480x480 another is 378x557 i am trying to do the 5x7

Vernon P.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

The minimum pixel dimensions for the 5x7 are 378x540 @ 72 dpi, so the 480x480 is too small. Do you have the original photos directly from the camera? It seems like these may have been shrunk from the originals possibly?

Q:

I have uploaded some photos via yuor website and it keep telling me the photos are to small. What should i do?

Vernon P.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

What size are your photos? We do have a minimum upload size, but it is set pretty low. What size photoboard are you trying to design?

Q:

If I were to purchase this groupon, when do I need to get the pictures to you in order to have the order completed and shipped a week before christmas?

Jeffrey D.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Our Christmas deadline to order your products is December 1st, so I would suggest ordering as soon as possible to get them a little earlier!

Q:

Do the photos have to be a certain pixel or resolution requirements?

 asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Here are the pixel minimums per size. The more pixels/information in your image the better. Q:

I would like to buy the photo blocks and spell out my children's names... 1 of them has a 5 letter name, so that works out, but the other has 6 letters, is there any way to add 1 extra block to that order? I don't want to buy 4 extra blocks that I wouldn't need...

Kevin L.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

I'm sorry, we currently only sell them in sets of 5 or 10.

A:

Our original cut off date was tonight at midnight, but we have been extended for two more days!

Q:

I am trying to order the 3 5x7's, but when I get to the confirm order pg., it says 8 x 10. Does this mean I cannot order the size I want?

Tamera K.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Is this happening on Groupon's checkout page? If so, you can still redeem your voucher for 3 5x7s. The vouchers work for any product on our website. www.photobarn.com.

Q:

I have 1 photo that I want to break up and put on 3 5-7s. Is that possible and is that included in the groupon deals

Debbie H.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Our developers are working on an easy way to do this on our website, but for now there are two ways you could do it. You could crop your picture in a photo editing program into three 5.25" x 7.5"'s (preferably at 300 dpi) and save them each as separate images to upload and add to your boards, OR you could upload just the one photo, and add it three times to the board, moving it over each time (eye-balling it). Certain photos look really cool like this!

Q:

I will not be the end user, I want to give the voucher as a Christmas gift (beyond your 12/19/12 expiration date). Please explain further how I would turn the voucher into a gift card.

Marilyn A.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

That would be a question for Groupon I believe. Thank you!
