So if I order the 3 -5x7, and I order a 4th 5x7, it would be $15, then do I have to pay addt'l shipping for the 4th wood photoboard? If so, who much? Thanks!

A:

Shipping would still be free. In fact, your voucher activates free shipping for your entire cart, so anything you add to this purchase will have free shipping!

Q:

Hi again, I created a block project. But cannot view my finished project.. it only lets me add to cart? Is there a way of viewing what I have just made to make sure the pictures are correct? The website is not user friendly.

Lauren C.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Thank you for patience. This is a brand new website that we are still making a few final adjustments to, so we appreciate your comments and are very aware of them. The feature of previewing your project before check out is coming very soon as we see how important it is.

Q:

I went to the site to see what options I have for the other 4 sides of the blocks. You listed argyle, modern, etc. but I didn't see any way to preview the patterns. How do I know which one to choose? This would make a difference on how many groupons I order. Any way I can get an answer before the time runs out? Also, I went back to edit my blocks I had made and it wouldn't let me do it and now they are gone from the cart? Is it possible to go back and edit the work?

Sarah N.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Yes there is a preview of these patterns. I think you might be looking at the list in another part of the website that doesn't have the preview images next to it. We are fixing this issue tomorrow. Go to the blocks at this link: http://www.photobarn.com/catalog/product/customize/uenc/aHR0cDovL3d3dy5waG90b2Jhcm4uY29tL3dvb2QtcHJvZHVjdHMvcGhvdG9ibG9ja3MvNS0yeDItcGhvdG9ibG9ja3MuaHRtbD9fX19TSUQ9VQ,,/product/4/_cat_id/27/ Then, in the bottom right corner, next to Pattern Set, click on the button that says [preview] and you'll be able to see the pattern sets there. Also, we are working on the edit button to be able to save your designs as you go, but currently it isn't effective. Thank you for your patience! We are working on all of these issues right away!

Q:

What resolution do the photos have to be? I have an old photo taken in 2004 with a disposal camera that I scanned on my computer. I would love to use it, but I'm not sure the resolution is high enough.

Whitney H.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

The bigger the file, the better of course. Our website has minimum file sizes in place depending on what size you are printing. Here are the minimum pixel dimension requirements at 72 dpi (however it is recommended that they be quite larger) 2x2 = 151x151 5x7 = 378x540 7x7 = 540x540 8x10 = 540x684 8x14 = 540x1026 10x10 = 684x684 10x16 = 684x1170 11x14 = 828x1026 11x18 = 828x1314 12x12 = 828x828 16x20 = 1170x1458 20x24 = 1458x1746 24x30 = 1746x2178 24x36 = 1746x2610

Please contact customer service tomorrow at info@photobarn.com concerning your expired vouchers. Each voucher must be redeemed separately.

Q:

The images I would want to use for the boards are from original photo prints (Holga shots to be precise); If I sent them to you as scanned images, do you think the quality would be acceptable in the transfer process? Thanks!

Jason S.  asked on  Nov 18, 2012

A:

Holga shots would be awesome! Scanning generally comes out fine as long as you scan them in at the highest resolution possible. 300dpi is preferred and as high quality possible.

Q:

I submitted my Groupon order number under Discount Coupons but my checkout does not reflect the Groupon prince. Will it be discounted later or did we do something wrong in the process?

Terri  asked on  Nov 18, 2012

A:

If you will email your code to customer service (info@photobarn.com) we can check in to why your code isn't working. If you want to go ahead and place your order, we can credit your account back for the value of your voucher. Or, you can wait till tomorrow when we can get your code working.
