The cell phone holder is meant only for small, flip phones, there's no way a smartphone will fit in it. So the phone goes into one of the side pockets, thus reducing the capacity there as I don't want to have my tools or keys in with the phone in case of accident. The velcro closures are already starting to come off so I've had to sew them back on. I'll continue to use this bag because I've already spent the money one it, but I've added some fixes to it. The side pocket flaps don't close all the way, there's a gap at each end allowing things to bounce out; I've added velcro to interior to allow closure on the ends to prevent that. Other fixes also done but Groupon limited characters.
