Q:

I sent a photo for a free consult but haven't heard back to see whether or not my photo would work for this deal. If I purchase the deal and then find out that it doesn't work then can I cancel the groupon and get a refund?

Q:

what size should the original picture be for either size? I'm in doubt whether the size of my picture will be adequate to reproduce for the 45x30. Tks.

Q:

If I submit a photo that is vertical, would the three panels then need to be hung horizontally, stacked on top of each other?

Q:

I would like to use a picture of someone else's artwork. Is this allowed?

Jenna L.  asked on  Nov 2, 2012

A:

Hi Jenna! You may use any image you would like, if you have the rights to reproduce it. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the “author” of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce it. This includes the right to control the making of copies. That is why you will be asked to agree to the following statement on both our online and prepaid mailer forms: I certify that I own the copyright for this photo(s) or, I am authorized by the owner to make and use a photo-to-canvas reproduction.

Q:

i actually have a picture but I have it saved in 3 different parts...can i use this and them just seperate it where it is already?

Erica W.  asked on  Nov 2, 2012

A:

Hi Erica! We prefer for you to submit the original unedited version of the image. The image may not line up evenly across all three canvases if you submit the image in seperate pieces. Please submit the original unedited version of your image so that we can split it up perfectly onto the three canvases. If you have any special requests for how you would like the final product to appear, please write these in the notes section of your order under step 5 of check out.

Q:

Which size is shown above the couch in the sample pictures?

Stacy B.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

Hi Stacy! The image of the canvas above the couch is mean to be an example of how the finished product will look rather than an exact replica to scale of the sizes offered.

Q:

I have a panoramic shot of the city of Stockholm. We edited this on our iMac using iPhoto panoramic editing. The file is now condensed into "one" picture. Would this type of photo work in this application?

Leslie B.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

Hi Leslie! Each image is different and it varies on how large we can make them and still maintain excellent quality. Please submit your image for a free pre-order consultation. We would love to view your image and answer any questions you may have.
